Blue screen of death! I updated some drivers and my laptop was dead. I tried the 10 top fixes... I couldn't even factory reset it. They completely fixed then issue while keeping everything and offering helpful advice... utilize this professional company.
Super nice and knowledgeable guy! Helped me confirm what I needed to do with my laptop battery/charger and gave me good advice. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Will definitely be coming back if I need any more help in the future.
Went to him for a simple Tune-up, and he informed me that I really did not need to get a brand new computer... For that, not having to purchase a new computer and a reasonable price for the tune up i will go back again.
